Dover, DE (July 14, 2011)-The Delaware Excellence in Nursing Practice Awards was held at the Modern Maturity Center with Terri Haller, Treasurer of the American Nurses Association and Latisha Bracy, Project Director for US Senator Chris Coons.

The Nightingale Tribute recognizes those registered nurses who have passed away for their years of service. The tribute includes the reading of the poem “She Was There” by Duane Jaeger, RN, MSN followed by a reading of names. This year’s tribute recognized Madeline Tebbens and Deborah Wilson.
