Goal:
To enhance the leadership skills of nurses and encourage them to activate their leadership potential in health care, nursing organizations, and other sectors.
Every nurse can lead from where s/he serves, and many will choose to seek executive, board, or other advanced leadership roles. The ANA Leadership Institute, supported by the American Nurses Foundation, will assist nurses to develop, enhance, and apply their leadership potential.
This state of the art
series offers two contact hours per webinar of continuing nursing education credit*.
Each 75-minute webinar will come with pre-readings, reflection activities, and a moderated chat Q&A after the event. In addition, each webinar uses practical, cutting-edge case studies to help nurses from all professional settings (clinical and non-clinical) develop skills to lead people within their sphere of influence.
Whether you work in a hospital, nursing organization, school, community setting or other, these webinars will develop the skills you need to move yourself and those you lead forward.
