| Executive Director Christopher E. Otto, MSN, RN, CCRN Chris assumed the position of Executive Director on January 1, 2021 after serving in an interim position for about six months and several terms on DNA committees and the Board of Directors. Chris has been a Registered Nurse in Delaware for over 10 years with experience in progressive care, critical care, heart failure, cardiovascular, open heart surgery, neurology, perioperative, leadership, shared governance, professional excellence, and Magnet recognition. Administrative Coordinator Kathleen Devine, MPA, BS Kathleen joined DNA as Administrative Coordinator in March 2022. She brings a wealth of public health, policy and administrative oversight experience to the association. Kathleen supports the Executive Director, Board of Directors and standing committees.
