Bill Tracker
Below are the current bills that DNA is actively monitoring. We organize them into 3 categories:
- Nursing: a direct impact on the profession and/or clinical practice of nurses in Delaware.
- Healthcare: a direct impact on the health care delivery system in Delaware.
- Social Determinants: bills that address social determinants of health for Delawareans.
Additionally, bills are prioritized on a scale of 0-10 with 10 being the most important to DNA. The Advocacy Committee determines a bill's priority.
- Priority 7-10: a top priority for DNA, a bill that we are either leading or co-leading for passage or seeking to prevent from advancing.
- Priority 4-6: a bill that is important to DNA and the health of Delawareans, likely being led by another organization and DNA has offered our support.
- Priority 0-3: a bill that DNA supports but is not investing significant resources to advance or stop.
